How to Enable Company Logo In Tally Prime

If you want to enable company logo in TallyPrime then you must have an image of your company logo which is either in JPEG or BMP format and the size of company logo must be 96*80 pixels (width*height). TallyPrime support both formats which you can use as a logo during preview or print a sales voucher in TallyPrime.

If you want to add or enable company logo in TallyPrime you must have to take given simple steps:

Steps to Enable Company Logo In Tally Prime

Step 1: You have to create an image of your company logo which you want to add in your sales voucher of TallyPrime. You must have to ensure the existing company logo must be saved either in JPEG or BMP format only. TallyPrime support both formats to use them as a company logo.

You can get following lines in Enable company logo in TallyPrime window.

– Only BMP and JPEG formats are supported.
– Recommended file size in 96 pixels in width by 80 pixels in height.
– Company logo can be printed only on specific reports and vouchers.

Step 2:Open the company in which you want to active or enable company logo in TallyPrime.

Step 3: In Gateway of TallyPrime window either press ALT+P or click on the Print button which is location on the top of active window.

Step 4: Click on the Configuration option which is display in the list of options. You can also select this Configuration option and then press enter key.

Step 5: In active List of Configuration window you have to turn or set Yes option “include company logo (applicable to Print/Export/Share)” which is located in Company Details. After that you have to set the path of your company logo in Image Path line.

When you set complete path to enable company logo in TallyPrime you can set other required option as per needed. After that you have to press CTRL+A to quick save.

Step 6: If you already have any sales voucher entry then press Page UP key in Sales voucher to active the last sales voucher or you can also create create new sales voucher as needed. To check your company logo is enable or not in your company sales voucher press CTRL+P (For Print) shortcut key.

– To preview the active sales voucher press ALT + I. You can either click on the Zoom button or press ALT+Z to zoom the active voucher.
– To direct print active sales voucher press ALT + P.

You can check company logo has been successfully enabled in your active company sales voucher.
